Tricky beads
I have been doing so much to build my business I have been clogged in my brain. I have a lot I have been working on, coming to the finish line of a lot of my projects.
This week, I am working on beaded seams, sequins, and all that entails. Broken and dulled needles, beads breaking off right on my needle, weird glues, its all a process. This is Tricky and its a before and second fitting pics.
We are on the right track. I then marked the armscye, I did a huge shoulder raise, so I had to recut this area. I cut out an inch all the way around after this fitting.
Then from the new 0 side seam until about 4 I let it out about 1/2 inch on either side, then I went after the beaded side seams I wasn't sure if I would have to but I did, took those in 2 inches to match the rest of the bodice no avoiding the hard stuff, we want her to look like a million bucks. I put the sleeves back on raised 2 inches, I haven't put the seam binding back on just incase I need to adjust the length, but I did repopulate the beads and secure the side seams with dots of glue over the knots. I don't like beading glue, at least the first kind I tried was Alenes jewlery and bead, it seems stiff. I used the e600 today on the remaining beads I did. I can say I am ready for it to go in timeout to dry today. But I can't wait to do the next fitting, I am so excited.
