Dirty Maggie says good bye.

 So this is the wrap of Dirty Maggie. I got this dress on market place, It is a Maggie Sotero. When I got it, we had some cleaning to do. This is the first dress I ever put in my washing machine. I learned a lot! It had some condition issues after 3 washings. I couldn't get the stains all the way out, and there is a high heel hole in the front of the hem also. 

Heres the befores to review. 

I did have a model to hem this on, but I am a horrible photographer, and I was excited and forgot to take her picture. I did NO work on the structure or the waist, she was a perfect fit. I hemmed it 4 inches all the way around to get the remaining stain off,  and fixed the hole, I did a crinoline tuck once the hem was done. I was hard on dirty maggie, I learned a lot, and I did my first ball room bustle on her. 

At the final Try on, the Model looks like a princess. She did not have shoes on, for reference this was a casual pretend fitting. She really makes this dress beautiful though. 

This was a smoosh into the bag and smoosh into the car for the fitting. It looks like an absolute dream after it's been steamed. 

So Buh Bye Dirty Maggie, I will never forget you.
